With my new routine in dieting what I found is having more energy and I feel easy on my digestive system. I know this is very nutritious as I get more nutrients and fibers. I should have done this long ago. I think the realization just sunk in me as I know I am not getting any younger. I tried many diet forms before but was too lazy to squeeze fresh fruits to make juice or turn on the blender to make smoothie every morning. This time I am doing my best to be diligent and do this routine fervently.
