Why other people can stay sexy even when they are old? - Not a good term I think, I will just use the term older :) Anyhow, the answer is exercise, diet and healthy lifestyle. I've been reading about this lately and I do read more about apidextra (to help me) but because I am typically lazy when it's all bout this I am not going anywhere. My weight stayed in between 59-61 kilos. But I am still happy because I am lighter than before. But still I want to lose a bit more hopefully I have the drive to start! Help me oh Lord!
