Not Well

I was at work last night and suffered pain the whole night. I thought that I only have a simple UTI so drunk water all the time overnight. The pain did not go away. Good thing that my patient is ventilated and sedated but was on dialysis. So emptying the 5 liters waste bag was a pain. This morning I felt very cold and already have temperature. Went to bed but woke up with agonizing pain. So I decided to go to the hospital. I hate hospital being a patient but what can I do? So went there and the Doctor diagnosed me having a pyelonephritis which is an infection of the kidney which lead to renal failure if not treated. The Doctor want me to be admitted but I refused (I don't want to be a patient you know). So the Doctor decided that I will have iv antibiotics and then oral antibiotics the following day but she said if I will be vomiting I need to be admitted. Now the pain is still there but tolerable, thanks to the painkillers that she prescribed.

Anyway, when I was in emergency room I was asleep for few hours I think I was high with the pain killer that they gave me. Still I heard the staff talking about their finances and what's the best way for identity theft protection. But it did not bother me even they we're noisy because my needs was attended immediately.
